Welcome in your weekend with a series of morning poolside Sun Salutations, before sliding into the heated swimming pool for a low intensity sequence of standing yoga postures, with a focus on breath, stillness, and intentional muscle engagement. By taking the Asanas we practice on our mats, into the pool, you can look forward to exploring new realms of your practice supported by the water's natural buoyancy & resistance. Enjoy a floating Savasana to complete your practice, and discover the balance between challenge, and ease.
All skills levels welcome and the pool is heated at 86 Degrees.
When: Saturday July 24th from 7:30am - 8:30am
Attire: Bring your swim suit! Towels and water will be provided by the hotel.
