Restored to its original grandeur, the iconic Blossom Ballroom was the site of the first Academy Awards in 1929. This elegant venue in the heart of Hollywood offers 4,500 square feet of historic space with custom chandeliers, 25-foot-tall LED light ceilings, vintage tiles, original ceiling details, and 10-foot radial doors. The opulent ballroom is ideal for celebrations, galas, and special events.

Our beautifully renovated Lobby offers a high-style atmosphere for socializing, networking and dining. Anchored by a historic fountain and a new fireplace, this lobby offers a lounge area with comfortable sofas where you can enjoy drinks and light fare from the Shirley Brasserie kitchen. Nibble on house-made potato chips or smoked trout roe while sipping artisan cocktails in our historic Lobby.

Formerly the office of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science, the Academy Room offers large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Hollywood Boulevard, 16-foot vaulted ceilings and cast-iron chandeliers. With nearly 2,400 square feet of space, it will comfortably host up to 110 guests for a formal dinner and 150 for a reception.

With expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Hollywood Boulevard, the Oscar Room is bathed in natural light. Situated on the mezzanine level, this elegant space spans over 2,500 square feet and accommodates up to 200 guests. Experience a meeting in a setting that captures the essence of Hollywood's history and glamour.

The Hollywood Roosevelt offers intimate spaces for meetings and conference sessions, including the Toledo Room, a fully equipped boardroom with an adjacent parlor for food and beverage breaks. The mezzanine level also offers several intimate spaces that can accommodate between 10 and 40 people for a range of meetings and events.

Cinegrill originally opened in 1936 and was once a playground for mid-century starlets. The opulent room is located on lower lobby and hidden behind a bookcase, and once your inside the design nodes to Old Hollywood throughout.  The luxurious theater has a stunning gilded stage with big red curtains and gold accents, and tufted velvet lounge-style sofas.  This historic Hollywood venue is perfect for intimate performances, panel discussions and screenings for up to 45 guests.

Roosevelt Rooftop is as historic as it is gorgeous. Located above Hollywood Boulevard, this dramatic space has served as the after-party for many Academy Awards ceremonies and is the dream backdrop for a Hollywood event. Under the glow of the Hollywood Roosevelt sign, the 2,800 square-foot Rooftop is a chic outdoor space for movie premieres, cocktail parties, and celebrations for up to 24 people or 250 when combined with the Gable & Lombard Penthouse and the Johnny Grant Suite.

Poolside at The Tropicana is Hollywood's most celebrated outdoor cinema with a capacity for 100 person screenings. This picture-perfect setting by the David Hockney pool sets the stage for movie premiers and film festivals under the stars. The Tropicana Pool is an iconic setting for cocktail parties, receptions and dinner banquets for up to 650 guests.  Lounge poolside as you sip on handcrafted, movie-themed cocktails and dine on classic poolside fare.

Host an event on the mezzanine floor with views of the Tropicana Pool & Cafe directly below. Located on the mezzanine level. With nearly 1,000 square feet, this space can accommodate 40 seated or 60 reception-style guests.

Tucked between The Tower and the Tropicana Pool, the North Garden's nearly 2,000 square feet features fire pits, palm trees, a built-in bar, and natural stone tile flooring. This beautiful outdoor event space  accommodates up to 100 guests.

The Spare Room is The Hollywood Roosevelt's best kept secret for private events. Located on the mezzanine level, the prohibition era-style cocktail lounge and gaming parlor features a vintage two-lane bowling alley and custom-made wooden board games. The Spare Room is an intimate venue for intimate events and parties of up to 200 standing guests and 90 seated.
