Spanning 2,000 square feet, Johnny Grant's Apartment offers direct access via a dedicated elevator stop and includes one grand bedroom, private office, two powder rooms, dining room seating up to 16 guests, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living room with a six-seat bar that opens onto a private rooftop garden. Exuding a slightly more rugged energy, Johnny Grant's Apartment  includes a private office overflowing with books from the 20th century, parquet wood flooring, and a fully functioning bar, making it the ideal venue for hosting special gatherings.
