Here's what a typical full-day meeting or off-site looks like. Every detail is customizable to your group's needs.
Lobby welcome + coffee station
Guests check in at a branded registration desk in the lobby. Coffee, pastries, and fresh juice available in the pre-function area outside your meeting room.
General session or keynote
Main presentation in the Blossom Ballroom or Academy Room with full AV, staging, and a dedicated technician. Theater, classroom, or custom seating available.
Breakout sessions
Split into the Granada Room, Barcelona Room, or smaller boardrooms for workshops, strategy sessions, or focused group discussions.
Plated or buffet in the ballroom
Catered lunch in your meeting space, the pre-function area, or outdoors on the terrace. Menus range from working lunch packages to multi-course plated service.
Reconvene or team activity
Return to the main room for afternoon programming, or switch to a team-building activity: bowling at The Spare Room, poolside reception, or a curated cocktail experience at Library Bar.
Reception + dinner
Cocktail reception on the rooftop or in the lobby, followed by a seated dinner at Shirley, a private buyout of Cinegrill Theater, or a poolside dinner under the stars.
