Join Dario for Sunday Supper at The Barish for a demonstration on beef butchery highlighting his method where all cuts of meat can be utilized when cooked appropriately, eliminating waste and promoting sustainability. Guests will enjoy a welcome glass of prosecco during the demonstration. Festivities will continue into the evening with a meat-centric 6 course family-style dinner.
