A 50-minute high-intensity, low impact sweat session designed to increase total body strength targeting the deepest core muscles. Staying true to the original Pilates principles, this class establishes a strong mind & body connection along with a modern day twist, incorporating dynamic movements and power to the Classical Pilates mat exercises.
