Public Kitchen & Bar is the critically-acclaimed American brasserie created by Executive Chef and Restauranteur Tim Goodell. It is located off of the historic main lobby of The Hollywood Roosevelt. With industrial-chic brass chandeliers, tufted leather banquettes, a wall of lush greenery and a historic mural—rediscovered during the renovation process— Public Kitchen sets the scene for an eclectic yet relaxed dining experience.
Restaurant favorites include classics such as an arrangement of oysters served with citrus mignonette and fresh horseradish, a delectable plate of cured meats and artisanal cheeses or an entree of chickpea gnocchi served over a lamb ragu.
